Thembeka has launched an online share trading platform where current shareholders and black investors can trade in Thembeka shares. The purpose of this new trading platform is to improve the transparency and efficiency of trading in Thembeka’s shares.
The operation of this share trading platform remains subject to the conditions of Thembeka’s memorandum of incorporation and the sole discretion of Thembeka’s board of directors.
